To provide entrepreneurs around the world with a B2B experience that will share the office, create relationships, and grow the business. Our leadership with the most forward thinking B2B on-demand solution will inspire others to develop solutions that will go beyond traditional concepts

Mission Statement

There are more than 20 million small businesses in the United States alone. Many of those businesses will never experience the B2B benefits that the large corporations command. We will create an on-demand solution that will give any entrepreneur around the world the ability to collaborate with any stakeholder to the business. It will be the most affordable solution to help a small business collaborate with the office from every corner of the globe that the Internet reaches.

“Good is only good as what you know to be good. If you don’t know any better you won’t know how good really can be.” There are thousands of tools out there that allow businesses to believe in the B2B function. However, most of these are designed for the business to consumer or they just bring a small piece of the B2B function. Moreover, experience strongly suggests that an incremental increase of “more of the same” stock business applications is a laudable but insufficient response to the problem of bringing true B2B possibilities (like the big corporations) to the vast numbers of small businesses.

Initiative 1 "Get them to believe"

The old saying goes "I can’t believe it, if I can’t see it." So create a solution that begins the thinking process again. So you’ll have to see it to believe it!

Initiative 2 "Get them to use it"

Just because you read something it doesn’t mean it’s true. Just because you see something doesn’t mean it’s real. So let them use it and experience something unbelievable.

Initiative 3 "Get them to connect"

Just like a puzzle each business is a piece. If you put a puzzle together you get a complete picture. If you connect the businesses together you will get a complete picture of the community. If we build it they will connect.

About this Site

This site is being done in a non traditional way. It is designed for people to think outside the box. Unlike traditional stock formats, it is being used to bring bullet points of information to you. If it feels like a Power Point Presentation then it must be. There are many tools that are not being taken advantage of because of cost, complexity, or just the lack of understanding. Many have said “you can’t do that, it’s not the right way”. Well if your reading this than it’s done just right. The passion of TheB2Binitiative has come about because of the millions of dollars seen wasted on technology over the last 25 years. It is now time to give back to the community.

Simple Office Solutions, Inc. has been involved in developing and providing real office solutions for all types of businesses since 1986. We continue to work closely with business owners and their office employees to provide real life office solutions. Our solutions helped organize data the way real offices needed but also helped to organize employees.

We have collected over 20 years understanding real office experiences and put together the best method for data input, storage, tracking, and retrieval. Businesses that have already invested in us saved time, created relationships, and grew their business through integrated organization.

Currently we are developing our third generation software concept, mysimpleoffice. Our web-based solution is not browser dependant, so any business using Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, or Netscape will benefit from it. We have been perfecting the "real office" solution since the early 80's and will incorporate our proven operations software concepts with today's web and client server technology.

The applications are endless. Our web-based application will benefit any size business. Wireless mobile devices such as phones and PDA’s that connect to the Internet will be able to have direct access to the database anywhere in the world. Imagine taking an order on or checking the status of a request on a simple PDA device with Internet connectivity. No special software or plug-in will be needed.
